Trattoria Paradiso In Bogliasco

I don't know the old management so I can't say but despite some criticisms of the new one we wanted to try this place for the first time and it was a nice surprise: really tasty fish without being too 'botched' with the seasonings, generous portions, prices more than honest, very kind staff, characteristic restaurant atmosphere a little dated but it fits the bill... even the background music was appreciated! Very clean. Passing through but we wanted to come back the next day! See you next time... maybe during the day because the surrounding countryside and the town seemed interesting to us... maybe with a sign to indicate the place as Maps doesn't give the correct position (you have to continue to the end of the road, in the small square of village).

Excellent lunch with a very suggestive sea view. Familiar and comfortable environment in its simplicity. The frying was fantastic with the particular technique that the chef explained to us and the octopus salad with a touch of pesto and the tagliolini with octopus ragout were also very good. Highly recommended

Had lunch on February 21st for lunch. Excellent dishes, impeccable service and friendly staff. Mixed seafood starter, sea bass ravioli, riavoli with lobster sauce, pansotti with walnut sauce, mixed fried food and fish stew. The dog, quite large, was welcomed (we asked permission first when booking).

Sono tornato dopo tanto tempo in questo locale storico della Riviera Ligure. La gestione è cambiata dall'ultima volta in cui ci sono stato e se già in passato il mio giudizio è sempre stato positivo devo dire che con la nuova gestione il livello è aumentato. Cibo ottimo, abbondante e piatti ben curati. Il menù offre un'ampia scelta anche per i vini. Personale cordiale e preparato. Servizio nella norma. Che dire, non posso che consigliare questo locale anche per la location visto che si gode un'ottima vista. Complimenti!!!

Mi viene da dire finalmente nuova gestione per lo storico ristorante di Sessarego che, per quanto apprezzato negli anni, proponeva da sempre gli stessi piatti. Il “nuovo” Paradiso propone una cucina sempre semplice ma con prodotti freschi e non solo di pesce. Stasera, ad esempio, spettacolare serata funghi porcini: antipasto con salumi e formaggi norcini e funghi trifolati, taglierini bianchi mostruosi ai funghi e filetto di orata con funghi trifolati. Il tutto per 30€ vini escusi 🤩 Chiudo con panna cotta fatta in casa (non molliccia come al solito) con gelatina allo spritz, giustamente amara a contrastare il dove della panna.
