In an extremely touristy city like Florence, value for money is not always there. So without hesitation, I recommend Mario. Welcome, quality of products, reasonable prices, very nice atmosphere. Thank you for everything !

I absolutely adore this place. This was the best meal I had in Florence and the people there were so fun. The place was so busy but they quickly fit us in and were so welcoming.
Everything was delicious but makes sure you get a steak!

Mouth-watering ossobuco and cut done as God commands! A little disappointed by the tomato soup which was good anyway. The amaro of Florence is delicious!

A real piece of history of the city of Florence. Family-run restaurant that manages to convey the true essence of Florentine culture, but above all the Florentine steak which is a real taste experience!
Cozy place with open kitchen which is no small gem. The service is precise, attentive and very friendly.
During lunch it is impossible not to end up sympathizing with Viola.

They said 1.4kg was the minimum so I ordered this.
For the two of us, 1.4 was too much. Half left.
And because it's rare, you'll end up with a lot of bites... I'd recommend the T-bone if there are two people, not three.
A T-bone + ravioli cost about 100 euros (about 150,000 won). I'm not sure about the cost-effectiveness either. I don't think I will come back.

Trattoria in the center.
Important: you need to make a telephone reservation to go otherwise it is always fully booked.
Excellent food and friendly, fast service.
There were 4 of us and we had two appetizers with cured meats, cheese and croutons with livers, Tuscan bread included in the cover charge of €0.50 per head, a 1.4kg Florentine steak at €55.00 per kg, 3 French fries, 1 salad , 2 waters, 1 liter of house wine and 3 desserts.
The Fiorentina, served strictly rare, melted in your mouth.
We spent €33.00 each, absolutely deserved and above all honest.
I recommend it!!

I have visited Mario’s several times since the early eighties. We have family in Italy and are first generation American. This family trattoria embodies what Florance is all about. If you want to experience what made this city and country so special a meal here is a must.

Cosa dire? Locale che trasmette tutta l’autenticità e la veridicità della cucina fiorentina. Servizio ottimo e nel pieno rispetto della tradizione locale. Piatti fantastici. Consiglio ribollita e paccheri al ragù! Assolutamente da provare e da rispettare per quello che realmente è nella sua essenza e tradizione.
