Comfortable, superior salsa Bolognese

A truly appreciated lunch. We went with our 4 year old daughter and the courtesy of the owners was unique. They don't have a high chair, so it's not possible to recommend it for small children, also because there's no room inside for the stroller and they don't let it in at all. They "parked" ours in the garage opposite. Like many places in Bologna, the internal space is not huge but the attention given to us and especially to our daughter went beyond the very intimate environment. They immediately asked if they could bring the plate of pasta for the little girl so she could eat it first and not have to wait for our dishes. We had 3 first courses, all excellent. Even tagliatelle with tomato which seems like a banal dish but isn't at all. Homemade pasta and you can taste it. Very good. Courtesy, availability, quality and true experience that characterizes the place due to the history that distinguishes it. The baby tagliatelle is also such in price. We'll be back.

True Bolognese trattoria. A place suitable for those who really want to breathe and savor the traditions of the past, as regards the variety of dishes there is plenty of choice, the Bolognese cutlet and the lasagna, both classic and with artichokes, are perfect. Fair waiting times and extremely precise staff, prices consistent with the quality of the food served. A restaurant stuck in time to which I always happily return.

As a Bolognese away from home in Florence, every time I return to Bologna it is a place where I feel at home. The quality of the raw materials is always high and over time the true flavors of tradition are not lost. We called on a Saturday evening and they immediately held a table for us, courteous and precise service as well as fair waiting times for the courses. The artichoke lasagna is a variant that only here is up to the standard of the traditional one and the trifle is superlative (vanilla pods are used for the cream and in fact you can see the so-called dots). Consistent price quality. A treat that I wouldn't deprive myself of and I recommend everyone to stop by this place, open since 1922 and which still holds its own under the two towers.

My friends and I had dinner at this restaurant last Saturday, and overall we left with the same opinion: light and shade experience. Let's start with the highlights: the trio of first courses promoted, in particular regarding the artichoke lasagna, which was truly very good. Instead I move on to the shadows: the mixed boiled meat was good, but the Bolognese cutlet left a lot to be desired, in particular because, at least in our opinion, it was quite "dry". Finally, the price, honestly a little high (€62.50 each), both in absolute terms and in relation to what we ate. Ultimately, I think it's a place that has potential, but that probably needs to review something.

Il ristorante è situato in centro, a pochi metri da S. Petronio e piazza Nettuno. Locale tutt’altro che spazioso in cui si respira l’eleganza di altri tempi anche se i tavoli, essendo molto vicini, azzerano la privacy e l’ambiente risulta piuttosto rumoroso. Puliti ed adeguati i servizi igienici. Servizio al tavolo celere e molta cortesia sono stati molto apprezzabili. Abbiamo mangiato primi e secondi e sono risultati tutti buoni, con cotture adeguate. La qualità degli ingredienti mi è sembrata davvero ottima anche se il conto mi è sembrato un po’ alto. Comunque decisamente una esperienza positiva.

Questo piccolo ristorante un po' nascosto ma in zona centrali offre buonissimi piatti della cucina emiliana. Poco frequentato e molto piu tranquillo dei tanti locali in zona. Si tratta di un locale storico dove ci sono ancora le antiche "sfogline" che alle 5 del mattino vengono a preparare i loro meravigliosi tortellini. Prezzi forse un po' più alti della media dei locali, ma la qualità è indiscussa. Servizio celere e cortese. I tortellini in brodo erano eccezionali, cosi tanto che abbiamo deciso da fare un bis! Per 3 primi, 1 secondo (il bollito), acqua e caffe abbiamo speso 84 euro. Che dire la qualità si paga e soprattutto li valeva tutti! Consigliato!
