Pranzo con amici in questo locale di derivazione cantina Braida della famiglia Bologna. Piatti della tradizione, con portate (visto il periodo) a base tartufo forse non propriamente economiche. Ambiente familiare e informale, servizio con qualche pecca. Insomma... più che dignitoso.

What a gem hidden away in Monferrato, far from the madding crowd. Dining at i Bologna is like taking a step back in time before Monferrato's neighbor, Langhe, became an almost out-of-control wine tourism destination. Of course, the agnolotti are what they are most famous for. One can watch Mariucia make the restaurant's pasta in hand. The artichoke salad on the menu now is divine.

13/03/2024: Small place, with few seats, but nice; quiet environment and you experience a welcoming atmosphere. Very good staff and service, friendly and attentive to customer needs. Not a large menu, adequate choice for the type of restaurant and for the traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The quality raw materials and products come from the surrounding area, an added value. The dishes ordered (raw meat, ravioli and sliced ​​meat) were well prepared and everything was good. More than honest quality/price ratio.
