Locale gestito dal titolare nonché cuoco abile nel cucinare i piatti della tradizione piemontese ma anche duttile nello sbizzarrirsi in piatti di pesce o rane o lumache e così via

Trattoria autentica, ne rimangono più poche così. Vado spesso per mangiare le rane e la panissa, rane sempre fresche e panissa fatta come da tradizione. Sono stato per la prima volta a pranzo con menù più limitato ma allo stesso tempo ricco di più scelte tra primo e secondi. Sicuramente si vede la passione per la cucina del proprietario, che si concentra sul servire piatti semplici e come da tradizione senza perdersi in fronzoli

Si ritorna indietro negli anni ma i sapori sono sempre quelli veri della cucina piemontese: paniscia molto buona, ottima anche la trota e le scaloppine al limone, solo discreto il bonnet. Servizio veloce, prezzo molto contenuto.

23/03/2024: A decidedly excellent dinner, an enthusiastic family; kind and competent staff, excellent cuisine, Gattinara rice and sliced ​​meat top marks. Cozy and well-divided restaurant room. Excellent value for money, compliments to the chef.
07/03/2024: A restaurant in a magnificent little square where in summer you can have lunch and dinner outside at a comfortable table under umbrellas that protect from the sun, in winter you dine inside but nothing changes the kindness of the staff and the restaurant manager Emanuela and the delicacies prepared by Chef Mauro will not make you leave dissatisfied I'm sure. I recommend the always wonderful risottos and the tender and succulent Piedmontese fassona meat in all its types of cooking. What can I say... try it and you will agree with me.

17/03/2024: Today my partner and I went there for lunch. The environment is welcoming and original; we ate a very good Fassona tartare and the tajarin which we liked a lot. We had a really good time.
15/03/2024: Very nice place in the centre, very friendly staff. Rich menu and very well-stocked wine cellar. The steak marinated with shallots was special, the meat was really tender!
