Trattoria della posta was truly a pleasant discovery. Here Piedmontese and French traditions meet, merging into a single entity and giving life to truly interesting dishes. I also want to say a few words for the wonderful Isabelle :) Her kindness goes beyond all limits. She made us feel at ease straight away and was super attentive in explaining their offer to us. Passati per caso a Chiomonte di ritorno dalla montagna abbiamo prenotato per pranzo in questo locale. Ottima cucina con pietanze particolari , molto garbata e gentile la titolare, veramente da consigliare. Noi torneremo sicuramente.
