I order spaghetti with cheese and pepper... But the cheese must have evaporated, because it wasn't there on the plate. The quantity was small to say the least, I'm sorry I didn't take photos.... At least the staff was friendly.

Era tutto così pessimo e anonimo che gli do 5 stelle. No comment. Spaghetti cacio e pepe: cacio e pepe nn pervenuto. Cotoletta inconsapevolmente destrutturata Vino: il sangue di Gesù Cristo nel senso che era vecchio di 2000 anni Limoncello con grado zuccherino modalità diabete che ti secca all' istante. Questa recensione a dimostrazione che tutto sommato siamo ancora vivi. Che paura però.

Fantastic wild boar tagliatelle, I would have eaten two plates!!!!! In my opinion not very touristy, more niche. We had a great time!

A most excellent pasta house! Al Dente pasta, fresh hand made mozzarella, pristine veggies, and local guanciale! We visited Pisa from Florida. The atmosphere and the food were both excellent and authentic. We were planning our next visit right there at the table. Ate here 3 times during a week long stay, and the food never disappointed! Food, service, and environment; highly recommended!

28/10/2023: Excellent welcome from the chef Well looked after environment, large selection of wines, adequate access ramp for the disabled, a little more attention to details such as the napkin or what is missing from the table before starting, more care is needed for the customer However excellent food good raw material I would have used a more important pasta instead of the bought fusilli
26/10/2023: The restaurant offers fixed price menus of 17 euros, complete: first course, second course, side dish. The quality and variety of dishes is excellent, but above all I was struck by the honesty of the prices. In fact, in addition to the menus, we had bottles of water, 1 glass of wine, and 2 coffees. Here I expected to pay between 60 and 65 euros for 3 people. Instead, in the end I paid 51: all the "extras" were included. Fast service, attentive and kind staff. Highly recommended
