I had dinner with my wife tonight, April 5, 2024. Excellent food, exquisite atmosphere like Mr. Fabio. Too bad we leave tomorrow. Recommended from all points of view!!

For Easter we had lunch there, what better to say than Fabio, there is no one, you just have to book well in advance because you risk not finding a place... excellent!

Oggi abbiamo pranzato alla trattoria da Fabio. Il posto è molto accogliente , pulito e il cibo di ottima qualità. Abbiamo assaggiato le pietanze tipiche del modicano e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ringraziamo il signor Fabio e la moglie per questo magnifico pranzo.

Locale accogliente nel cuore di modicalta. Menù casereccio con prodotti freschissimi. Mi è sembrato di mangiare a casa di un amico anche per la cordialità e la disponibilità di Fabio, il proprietario, attento ai dettagli. Antipasto che fa da padrone della serata anche se la Regina del menù, sono le tagliatelle ai porcini. Insuperabile. Prezzi modici e parcheggio facile nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo.

Tra tutte le trattorie di Modica è di sicuro quella in cui abbiamo mangiato meglio. Ingredienti freschi, di ottima qualità e cucinati magistralmente. Tutto squisito, dall'antipasto al dolce, ma una nota di merito va sicuramente alla pasta fresca con il macco di fave: indimenticabile! Complimenti al padrone di casa Fabio

Cantunéra Ibla

02/04/2024: We were looking for a place to eat arancine in Ibla and looking on the internet and on the advice of my sister we went to Cantunera where Nadia welcomed us enthusiastically, explaining the ingredients and giving us the best advice! The cannoli that we divided into 2 was also special and we also recommend the bitters... Quality and hospitality from Cantunera.
27/03/2024: Today after visiting Ibla, between one monument and another, we were overwhelmed by these formidable arancini, the best eaten in Ragusa and the surrounding area!!! Craft beer with an original taste, in short, everything was excellent... We didn't even have time to take photographs as they were devoured by us and the children! In a square in front of the gardens, true relaxation for the soul. What to say?! The owner of education and courtesy, to which we Genoese, unfortunately, are not accustomed! Thank you very much also for the chocolate gift to our children! I hope to be able to return one day!!!
