06/04/2024: I don't really like dining out, having decent culinary skills, I'm not easily satisfied, now I only go to two or three restaurants, which have a remarkable ability to amaze me with their delicacies. The Braceria Caputi is part of this very small number. With their extraordinary appetizers and the goodness of their meat, they won me over🤤🤤🤤🤤. When I want to rediscover the ancient Apulian flavors cooked directly on the fire🔥🔥🔥, there is no alternative. Then the empathy of Franco Caputi👏👏👏👏, the professionalism of his collaborators, act as a glue to spend an excellent evening🍾🍾🍾🍾🥂🥂🥂🥂, such as to be repeated with pleasant assiduity.
