It is the best restaurant in Monghidoro. I highly recommend it. Gaetano the owner, a very competent and friendly person, provides excellent gastronomic advice. It's definitely worth trying.

SPECTACULAR! The truffle fondue is atomic, the potato and truffle tortelloni are nuclear and the mustard and brandy tagliatelle is amazing. Your taste buds will wave!! Gaetano's courtesy and competence are priceless, Raffaella and Arcadia's mastery are beyond compare. Always a safety! 3\02\24 I've been going to Carlet for 14 years, never disappointed, safe.

We discovered this restaurant by chance and we ate so well that it will remain one of our favorite places where we will always return when we want to eat well and spend the right amount. Fondue with black truffle 10/10 and chopped mustard and brandished delicious!

Ieri ero con la famiglia a pranzo. Un ottimo risotto alla zucca consigliato tra i piatti del giorno. Poi polenta fritta e funghi e il loro contorno di verdure fritte, decisamente meglio di blasonate tempure. È un bel posto. Si mangia e si sta bene.

Today with the family for lunch. An excellent pumpkin risotto. Then fried polenta and mushrooms and their side dish of fried vegetables, definitely better than more or less famous tempura. It's a nice place. We eat well. Gaetano is an essential but very welcoming person.

C'è poco da fare quando sono bravi nel lavoro di ristoratori ecco il risultato, solo cibo di qualità ottimo servizio e anche il conto ti sorride se pensate che antipasto primo e contorno di funghi e tartufo bianco di qualità compresi anche vino ed acqua solo 45€ a testa!!!!

This trattoria is the perfect "fusion" cuisine between Tuscany and Emilia. You won't find a classical ragù or a Bolognese cutlet but instead amazing pici, fondue as a starter, crostini, brasato with polenta. Da Carlet takes the local cuisine to a next level

30/03/2024: Remarkable high for this restaurant that without great pretensions offers good options of stuffed pasta and well-prepared meats. Bustling, agile, friendly, decisive service. Recommended without a doubt.
29/03/2024: If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them. Excellent service, dishes with attention to detail and delicious. Clean place and background music with the right volume. What can I say, we will definitely be back.

02/04/2024: Small but welcoming place where you can have a quick lunch. The dishes are strictly ORGANIC, vegan and freshly prepared. I must say everything was excellent: finally vegetables that were crunchy and not mushy from incorrect cooking, distinct flavors and not suffocated by handfuls of turmeric, the search for non-obvious combinations and, last but not least, the smiling and kind owners. I will definitely come back.
05/03/2024: Good food and many options for all tastes. Too bad there's no bathroom...
