A bit touristy and expensive restaurant but the traditional dishes are good. Waitress a little confused. We recommend the meatballs!

The food was delicious! Pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately disappointed with the service. We did not feel welcome. The younger ladies who served us had a blast. We got the feeling that they were laughing at us. Shame!

Good quality/price ratio for the average in Venice. The service was a little too hasty. We had also called before and they had assured us that there would be a table, we arrived there a little disoriented and, after having assigned us one, it was clear that they wanted to free it up quickly. For the rest everything is ok.

The owners and staff are young, kind and friendly, the food was excellent, both the cod with polenta and the icing on the cake are the meatballs.... I advise everyone if you are in the area to go for sure.

High prices compared to the offer and quality.
I went knowing that I would spend €30/40 per person for a starter and a course (non-fish dishes, drinks not included), but I expected a higher quality of the dishes.
If specifically asked, I wouldn't recommend it.

Imbucata in una piccola calle, ma vicino ad una delle maggiori vie di transito tra la Ferrovia e Rialto, questo locale è molto conosciuto dai veneziani, soprattutto per le sue polpette. Il nostro tavolo era molto piccolo (modello parigino) anche troppo per i miei gusti. Il menù è veneziano-tradizionale, le porzioni potrebbero esser un po' più abbondanti. Locale caratteristico, gestito da giovani. Prezzi leggermente alti.

Oggi sono stato a pranzo con amici veneziani in questo locale rinomato e famoso per le polpette al sugo. Rispetto alle numerose trappole per turisti disseminate in tutta la città qui il cibo è buono. Le porzioni sono scarse con un rapporto qualità prezzo scarso, ma imperversante nella città lagunare. Tre polpette al pomodoro grandi come mandarini accompagnate da un cucchiaio di polenta assai lenta costano sedici euro. L'ambiente è caldo ed accogliente. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato e nonostante il locale sia gettonatissimo sempre, ci hanno trovato un tavolo.
