Appears to be family owned. Excellent quality food, somewhat high prices but completely worth it for an amazing meal! Recommend the Florentine steak and the Norcina (pork and truffle) pasta.

Everything excellent! Perfect lunch during the sightseeing tour of the city of Florence. Very tasty dishes, pleasant environment. Truly very kind service, helpful and without wasting time. We chose from the menu of the day, which is quite varied at an excellent price. The desserts are on par with the pastry shop. I recommend booking, located in a strategic place and has many customers. Suitable for families with children.

We found Trattoria Bordino to be an excellent choice for lunch . The Florentine steak was amazing and the Ravioli special was to die for . Deserts were also wonderful ( meringue cake and a chocolate torte) Service was great and the best part was it was full of non tourists ……… atmosphere is great and it’s just a few steps beyond the crowds .

Excellent restaurant, we went back after years but the quality has never changed. Excellent and local food worthy of the place. Efficient staff. We will be back again

Reserved a table via The Fork and got 20% discount on foods. Services were good. Really enjoyed the Spaghettone all'Astice* e datterini freschi. Bistecca per due persone "DRY AGE" is good too but when it was served, the tendon was too raw so it was too hard to chew. But they quickly re-cooked the steak for us.

Trattoria Bardino was recommended to us by Florentine friends and it was an excellent choice. The typical Florentine environment with excellent quality food. The staff very helpful and professional. Excellent homemade desserts. Prices not exaggerated Congratulations

This was the best restaurant we experienced in Florence over 3 days. Everything that we ordered was exceptional. It is away from the crowds and noise and just as you would hope to find. They were speedy in service too.

05/03/2024: In visita a Firenze per un fine settimana, passeggiando lungo l'Arno vedo questo ristorante mi ha subito affascinato per la sua luminosità ed il personale vestito di chiaro. Prenotiamo senza neppure vedere una recensione. E' stata letteralmente una festa per il palato! Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff che ha reso il pranzo una vera festa. Torneremo, spero presto.
29/02/2024: Ambiente semplice ma raffinato, piatti della tradizione fiorentina, servizio cortese. Ottime le pappardelle, prezzo buono per la qualità e la location. Consigliato sia per coppie che per gruppi di amici.

07/04/2024: This place was an internet find. The food was good. Nothing blew my mind but everything we ate was delicious. Especially the stuffed courgette flowers and the fried artichoke. The stand out with this place though was the service. Our sever was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about what he was serving and the wine. Speaking of wine. They have a huge selection by the bottle. The was I was recommended was amazing. Had a lovely lovely night.
