Some dishes are really good, while others are not worth it for the price they cost. The must haves are the braised meat and their panna cotta, both are very good dishes. I found the meatballs quite weak, just like the peas and tomato sauce that accompany them. The first one was good, but nothing exceptional, although the portion was generous. The trifle didn't taste bad, but the cream was definitely too hard
The tables are very close together, but overall the atmosphere is pleasant

Bertozzi is always a certainty! Food, drink and service are top! Everything delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The menu offers excellently executed traditional Bolognese dishes. The bread basket a real delight. Don't underestimate the proposals of the day! For the wines, ask for advice on the right pairings :) Super recommended

This friendly trattoria on the western outskirts of Bologna has begun to receive English-language accolades (thanks, Eater), but was unknown to our hotel staff. Regardless, a nice walk from the city center led us here for an excellent meal. Extremely friendly and unfussy staff, hyper-regional cuisine, very well-cooked food, and a clear sense of pride in what it does. We were charmed and sated. I suspect one cannot go wrong with the menu, but the gramigna and the panna cotta were particularly good.

We had lunch at the Bertozzi restaurant on a Monday lunchtime, during a visit to Bologna. The place is very welcoming, the staff friendly and smiling, very helpful. Lunch was excellent, everything was delicious, I have never eaten such good homemade panna cotta, truly a starred experience!!!!

The service was above and beyond. I would come back without hesitation just for how good the service was. Our waiter explained the menu items we had questions on and picked an excellent wine for us, and was very funny. The food was excellent as well, the panna cotta in particular is a must-try.

Tipica trattoria bolognese, il personale gentilissimo e molto professionale. Buona la cotoletta, ottimo e ben fatto il brasato, entrambi i piatti serviti con ottime patate a forno e le porzioni soddisfano. Conto un pò altino ma ormai nella media della città.

Dopo molti anni che non venivo in questo posto, decido con alcuni amici di tornarci per provare nuovamente la loro cucina. Allora prendiamo tutti delle paste diverse così da poterne provare di più: tagliatelle al ragù, gramigna, gramigna bertozzi e tortelloni con patate e mortadella, di secondo invece prendiamo una cotoletta, brasato di manzo al vino rosso e spezzatino di guancia di vitello. Costo della pasta €13 a piatto, secondi 18€/16, coperto €3 (dove ok ti danno un cestino con tantissimi taralli buoni, crescenta e pane però metterti a mangiare su dei tavolini di plastica come quelli del mare direi che non è il massimo della presentazione), servizio molto cordiale e professionale. Qualità devo dire molto buona, peccato per il ragù alla bolognese ed il gramignone bertozzi che sono poco saporiti, gramignone troppo delicato senza qualcosa che incide, mentre la gramigna classica davvero spettacolare e anche cotoletta fantastica così come brasato e spezzatino, peccato che quest’ultimo ha , almeno alla vista, una porzione un po’ piccola, e sinceramente ci ero rimasto anche male quando me lo ha servito chiedendo anche come mai c’erano solo 3 pezzi e poi tante patate però vabbè era buono . Sicuramente un posto da tenere in considerazione per mangiare tipico bolognese, peccato per qualcosina che poteva renderlo come uno dei top
