The environment is very warm and welcoming. Quick service with friendly staff. The raw meat is really good. Prices in line with the service offered. The assortment of desserts is absolutely worth trying.

The best ever for both fish and meat. Wonderful staff and the owner Cristina, a love that satisfies all the needs of a mother with children! Adorable!

Had a very good dinner, really excellent meat. Only the service was a little slow.

It is a restaurant that has been known for many years in the Vicenza area. The meat is undoubtedly very good as is the service and hospitality. If you don't eat meat there are some valid alternatives but my advice is to try it. Get a room with a fireplace which is pleasant and keeps you warm in winter. The cost of dinner is €70 per person for a second course of meat, side dish and wine.

Sempre un grande piacere sostare al Fogolare.. per il palato ma anche per la vista. Mi da l’idea di entrare in una casa anziché in un ristorante.. Il sorriso della Signora ed il savoir faire dei suoi Ragazzi sono proverbiali. Trovar posto non è facile.. preparatevi… prenotate! Qui il Pesce è buonissimo (pur essendo Brendola non proprio vicina a mare) ho un buon ricordo della mia ultima visita quattro mesi fa. Stavolta dei rustici Gargati per primo piatto, in sughero alle verdure, poi arriva in tavolo un maestoso Controfiletto di Bue che “neanche in Toscana” (vedere la foto..) carne sapida che ho visto cuocere sbirciando in cucina, come un Rito antico, su vere braci.. difficile da trovare così buona. Fra i contorni pure le Verze in Tècia, piatto invernale veneto.. ah che leccornia.. Eppoi la magnificenza dei dolcetti del Carnevale: da sogno. Eccellente l’abbinamento Vini, Servizio degno di nota! Prezzo giusto.

Cose davvero buone in questo locale che mi ha reso l’idea di Casa.. sì come cenare in Casa di Amici. Ci sono stato per due sere di fila, ospite di Associazione dalle Buone Usanze nell’aiuto agli Altri, (ai meno fortunati) che ricevevano i loro Stato Maggiore. Ho trovato Qualità e pregio sia nelle Ricette di Mare che in quelle di Terra. Menù con proposte del Desco Veneto ma non solo.. ho visto servire ottime Carni (che penso toscane, Fiorentine) sia crude che cotte.. ho gustato Sarde in Saor della Serenissima Memoria, Branzino sfilettato molto semplice ma delicato, come quella Coda di Rospo davvero piacevole, accostate a Verdure croccanti. Servizio molto veloce, curato e signorile. Rapporto qualità prezzo: favorevole.
