I really wish the food had been as good as the service and environment. Good: Very friendly employees. Fast Service. Traditional American BBQ decor with a mascot that makes you remember the place aka Chicken holding a beer Good quality meets Bad: 2 person platter came with only one cup of BBQ sauce. The ribs didn’t have sauce on them, you had to dip it. Which, is weird . Why not just have the option to have bbq on ribs and then also one with bbq on the side only? Ultimately, this place could be so much better if they would revamp the food. One example. Zucchini, it was steamed to the point of being mushy. Which doesnt go well with bbq. Why not cut them thicker, steam them less, and serve them alongside squash & onions or bell peppers. It would add a lovely crunch.
