Towards Piane Favaro, in the Fossacesia area, there is the Trabocco Punta Cavalluccio. One of the few trabocchi restaurants to offer a fixed fish menu (€60) with wines excluded. A decidedly higher standard than most trabocchi in Abruzzo, which is also found in the refinement of the dishes and in the service in general. Reserved parking, superb location, impeccable service, rich and original menu. Super recommended.

A fantastic Easter between the sound of the sea, fish delights, plenty of everything, kind staff and this dessert that I can't help but post. Excellent!

Beautiful gourmet experience. The courses never ended and each one was better than the other. The white wine offered in the €60 menu is also excellent. The location is truly unique! The sea air ensures that the temperature inside the overflow is ideal. Top! The only big flaw was that we had to pay in cash because the POS was having problems and it wasn't a nice situation. Tips: keep in mind that the overflow does not open before 1pm and it is useless to arrive much earlier to suffer the heat outside. Even the outside bathrooms don't open until that time. The car park is at the end of a road which is accessed from the main road and is reserved for overflow guests. But we didn't understand it because of the barriers and the dirt road, it seemed like a construction site to us and we turned back. Lunch from 1pm ended until after 5pm.

Historic overflow of Fossacesia, one of the first. Very well-kept location, I think one of the most beautiful of all the trabocchi I have visited. We had dinner in a reserved area, truly unique! I think anyone should have the experience of a dinner on an overflow. The menu is fixed at the price of €70 excluding drinks. The courses are rich and abundant, classic dishes revisited and otherwise. There is also the possibility inside to purchase splendid terracotta objects. Excellent value for money.
