The aubergine starter with cheese fondue was a perfect start to the meal, with the creamy combination of the cheese blending delicately with the softness of the aubergine. The first course of orecchiette was a real delight for the palate, with the fresh pasta pairing perfectly with the aubergines, courgettes and burrata.
