Typical Irish pub in the heart of Turin. The winner is the Irish Stew with croutons. Absurd.

I may be biased, but the latest "born" burger with chicken, confit cherry tomatoes, etc., etc., is absolutely worth trying

I recently spent a pleasant evening at the Shamrock Inn, an authentic Irish pub located in the heart of Turin, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. The evening of Friday 20 October 2023 was one of those that remain in our memories, not only for the good food and company, but also for a small setback. Arriving with my friend Amir, a law student with a passion for chess, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and given a small raised round table on the upper floor. The service was quick and efficient, even though the place was packed with people. We ordered a Guinness and a gorgonzola burger, accompanied by a medium blonde beer, all for a total of 24 euros. I paid easily with Satispay, although splitting the bill was not possible, a detail that we found slightly inconvenient at the time. The atmosphere in the pub was lively, although the high volume made conversation difficult, especially for those of us who were in a group. Everything was going well until we noticed, around 11.30pm, that Amir's bag, which contained his chessboard, had disappeared. Even though we placed it close to our feet, someone managed to take it without us realizing it. The owner was very understanding and offered us the opportunity to view the security camera footage, showing a pragmatic and logical approach to the situation. Despite the incident, my experience at Shamrock Inn remains positive. I would certainly recommend a visit to enjoy a good beer, a tasty sandwich and the welcoming atmosphere of the place, remembering to always keep an eye on your personal items.

I have been going to this pub for several years for the usual evening date with friends. There is the time when you watch a match and the time when you discuss this and that. I often have the pulled pork sandwich which I find very good. Good variety of international beers. Average price for beer + sandwich: €18.

Terza volta in questo pub, ogni volta sono rimasta molto soddisfatta molto soddisfatta del servizio veloce ed efficiente e soprattutto dei buonissimi burger (ho provato il vegetariano e quello di pecora, entrambi tra i migliori di Torino secondo me); anche gli sfizi fritti sono vari, diversi dal solito e buoni! A volte un po’ caotico in caso di partite, ma d’altronde è un pub! Ci tornerò!
