The limited menu advertises rather fresh products, the welcome was pleasant... But then disappointment.
We feel the sighs because we don't order wine or antipasti, not pleasant at all. The dishes seem to be well cooked but the result is bland, not seasoned. Quantities are small.
You pay a lot for the location, the setting, but if you want to taste dishes with flavor, go your way, it is better to walk a little further to find much better at the same price.

Discovered this place just wandering along through Venice. They had a delicious range of chicchetti, washed down with some local Pinot Grigio. We shared a collection of six cicchetti between two of us and they were all extremely good and made on site. Sadly I couldn’t have the ‘biscottini’ afterwards as they were still baking! The staff were welcoming and friendly, and more than happy to explain the foods.

Great discovery, we ate divinely well...everything was delicious, starter, main course and the tiramisu a marvel...very good advice on wine, even by the glass. The service was perfect, they are adorable and efficient, we recommend it with our eyes closed.

Try the grilled octupus, it comes in creamy mashed potatoes, almost like a soup. Very original and delicious. The wine selection was great, much better than other restaurants in the area. Everything we ordered was spectacular. We kept coming back because others in the area did not compare to the level of cuisine, the cozy atmosphere, the service. We just had the best time here in our stay in Venice.
Be aware they close Tuesday and Wednesday

Ieri sera io ed il mio compagno abbiamo cenato in questo posto...Piccolo, ma molto accogliente. Ottimo giudizio sia sull'antipasto sia sui primi. Giusto complimentarsi anche sul servizio, veloce e gentile! Prezzi molto giusti. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Abbiamo scelto un antipasto di baccalà e polenta (davvero divino!) e due primi (anche questi molto buoni). I piatti erano ben curati e di ottima qualità. Il locale è accogliente con personale gentile e cordiale.
Prezzi forse un po’ alti ma nella norma (per essere a Venezia).
Esperienza positiva, che consigliamo e che sicuramente ripeteremo quando saremo in zona.
