We have just been for lunch in this delightful restaurant in the center of Gradara, located at the foot of the castle. The manager, of unique kindness, welcomed us despite the late hour and our three little dogs in tow. Excellent and abundant dishes, the platter of local cheeses with sour cherry jam, the fillet with its side dishes, the tagliatelle with meat sauce and the passatelli with saffron, walnuts and radicchio are sublime. Thanks again for welcoming us, we felt at home.

Un locale accogliente ma anche raffinato. Si vede che tutto è molto curato, anche la scelta degli arredi e delle posate. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma mai invadente. Cibo molto buono. Anche i dolci sono all’altezza. Per quanto mi riguarda il voto è altissimo!

The restaurant is located inside the village of Gradara. The place is very nice and welcoming. I ate some excellent tagliatelle Bolognese. Friendly and helpful staff Absolutely recommended!

Locale carino, cibo buono ben servito servizio veloce prezzo nella media del tipo di locale l’unica pecca del mio 3 stelle e per la freddezza del titolare e dello staff di sala inespressivi mai un sorriso sembra quasi che ti facciano una cortesia servirti da mangiare peccato in un locale un sorriso e sempre gradito anche a un complimento fatto sul cibo nessuna espressione se no un grazie freddo stop 😅

05/04/2024: Found by chance... pleasant surprise! Informal place, kind, friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere where I immediately felt at ease. For the menu I left it up to them and they let me taste: sliced ​​loin that melted in my mouth; excellent lamb accompanied by artichokes; a good and particular rib cooked at low temperature seasoned with a spicy sauce and accompanied by roast potatoes; tasty radicchio with cheese; a good glass of red wine (only one glass because I was on a motorbike 😅), finally coffee and barricaded grappa. The portions are generous, but if you can't finish them they give you the "dogy bag". Definitely a "comfort zone" where you can eat excellent food in a family environment.
01/04/2024: excellent typical local restaurant in the middle of a magnificent forest at about 800 meters above sea level. excellent first courses with mushrooms, game and other traditional condiments, excellent meat. Truffles are also in season. particular mention for the pappardelle with wild boar. very generous portions. own production of excellent cured meats which can also be purchased. always crowded on weekends but also on weekdays. obligatory to book well in advance on weekends, advisable also on weekdays.
