Ottima la carta dei vini. Quest’ultima fa aumentare il conto finale ma.. vuoi non bere un buona bottiglia di vino?
Le pietanze sono ottime e ben presentate. La cucina propone anche 3 menù degustazione .
qualità prezzo corretta.
Tacos con tartar di gamberi, ecc, la battuta di vitello, tortelli, agnello … tutti eseguiti con maestria, molto equilibrati e squisiti.
Ed infine un applauso alla loro finta oliva! Il palato è stato investito da sapori deliziosi.
Ricordo con piacere che i grissini ed il pane sono di loro produzione.

Ho provato più volte questa cucina, e devo dire che è sempre una conferma.
Eccelsa la presentazione e la cura dei piatti, la tecnica, e ovviamente la qualità delle materie prime.Bravi!

Cooking is a science in itself. It's up to the chef to turn it into art! And Chef Lorenzo Ruta has succeeded in this.
A gallery of "paintings" perceivable through all the senses: at sight due to the variety of "colors" and the composition in the presentation, which alone stimulates high quantities of salivation; to the touch for serving dishes and changes in food consistencies; to the sense of smell for the various intoxicating scents; to the hearing for the pleasantness of chewing and for the environment in which one finds oneself and only finally to the taste for the play of flavors created and the high quality of the raw material.
As a lover of good food and not as an expert in the sector, I recommend this journey to discover sensations that truly remain imprinted in the "food memory".

In a month they will change location so check the address carefully before going but go there. Just outside Modica, a nice restaurant away from the chaotic tourism of Modica with mostly hasty and cheap catering, you will find this interesting place that will amaze you with the sublime goodness of the dishes that are not at all obvious. Many menus available with various courses and prices, we chose the 60 euro menu which with 4 amisebouche courses and pre-dessert definitely satisfied us. Sensationalally perfect dishes, skilfully prepared by a young chef with previous experience outside Sicily but who is truly impressive when he returns.
In the dining room your wife and sister-in-law will welcome you with professionalism and friendliness!
Price apparently high compared to the tourist menu of Modica but it is totally worth it
Beautiful wine list with pre-eminence to the now excellent Sicilian wines, we took a classic method rose of the Murgia bubbles for a nice experience

An experience to try that is worth the trip. Dishes that combine research and authenticity in the ingredients, creativity in the combinations and creativity in the plating. In general, a truly happy hand from the chef, capable of increasing the anticipation for each dish: nothing is obvious or banal. Excellent service, impeccable and welcoming at the same time.

Very good veal...micro 100grams👌...
Eating slowly will help..
But it is better to finish up and find another place to get a normal lunch...
Alternatively go hungry..
What a surprise.. generally a modest portion of veal should be around 200 / 250 grams..
