Dinner with friends. We practically tasted everything, exchanging dishes but driving the very kind and very nice waitress Ludovica crazy. All excellent in full respect of the tradition of the best Roman cuisine. The variations such as kid cutlets and an amazing strozzapreti with white wild boar ragù are very interesting. Excellent wines but since we are in Cori it is not a surprise. Prices corresponding to the quality and quantity of the dishes. Highly recommended

Pranzato qui domenica con famiglia ed amici, Alessandro ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, ambiente molto casalingo ed accogliente, un ragú fatto davvero da manuale, complimenti. Unico GRANDE problema è il servizio...posso capire la presenza di molti clienti ma una bottiglia di acqua dopo 15 minuti e un contorno dopo esattamente 1 ora dal primo...secondo me è esagerato. Peccato.

Occasionalmente a Cori, ho provato la "Taverna". Devo dire di bella soddisfazione (bruschettina calda con ottimo olio di benvenuto, ravioli pesto di pistacchi e pecorino, abbacchio, dolce, acqua e vino), si sente che i sapori sono autentici. Simpatica e proattiva la ragazza ai tavoli. Ambiente tranquillo e familiare, senza fronzoli. Prezzi corretti. Ci tornerei volentieri.

25/08/2023: Beautiful place on the 'beach', which almost overlooks the sea! Very kind staff and short waiting times, while the prices are not exactly low. The dishes are very good and the ingredients really fresh. It's ideal for a quick lunch!
