We celebrated our wedding in this restaurant. Thanks to Angelo and his staff for giving us a wonderful day. Dishes with attention to the smallest detail, attention to guests, an enchanting place allowed us to fully enjoy an important day. Congratulations from all the guests. I love your fish starters, the shrimp, lemon and rocket gnocchi are always my favourites, the dessert buffet is top!!! Very fresh raw materials. Enjoy all the courses and the meat menu chosen for some guests. The perfect attentive but always discreet service. Thanks again!!!

Wonderful location to spend an evening in complete serenity... qualified and very kind staff... The chef is very attentive to detail and above all prepared... he knows what he is doing and does it well... I highly recommend....

Ristorante di livello nel quale la fantasia non manca nella preparazione e presentazione delle pietanze. Ottimi e vari gli antipasti di pesce come gli assaggi dei primi. Personale disponibile e cortese. Location molto bella.

High level restaurant where there is no lack of imagination in preparing the dishes. Delicious fish starters, fabulous first courses. All always presented in an elegant and imaginative way. Helpful and courteous staff. Very beautiful location.

Syntesi è stato una piacevole scoperta. Sono stata qui per un compleanno, ogni piatto curato nel dettaglio ma, soprattutto, ciascun piatto è stato un'esperienza. Una cucina che non cura solamente il gusto, ma anche il lato esperienziale di ciascun piatto, che rende tutto ancora più piacevole e divertente. Ambiente ben curato e anche il personale molto cordiale. Sicuramente ci torneremo presto.

01/09/2024: Enchanting! As a couple we had dinner on the castle terrace and the following day we spent the whole day at the pool. Everything perfect, food and service worthy of the dream location. Swimming pool surrounded by greenery and away from the stress of the city, with the possibility of eating at the pool bar. Access is by reservation to guarantee a suitable number of guests, avoiding the kilometric queues of other Roman swimming pools. Quality always wins! COMPLIMENTS
30/08/2024: I went to the pool and it was really beautiful, very well looked after, with a wonderful environment and view. The only flaw is that the pool water is a little cold.

23/07/2024: Great simple cheap and tasty. In Roman style. The tables are full, the food is clearly for local customers. English menu available but we managed without it. A short wait. Payments by card and cash.
