Restaurant that offers some of the typical Piedmontese dishes, in an attempt to make them more elegant the portions were reduced, the prices increased and the flavors lacked bite, although there were no wrong dishes, we were a little disappointed. Not suitable for the Slow food guide.

We had dinner during our stay in Turin. We ate really well. The Fassona is delicious like everything else. Really friendly and courteous staff, correct prices and a very nice place

Excellent trattoria in San Salvario, offering typical Piedmontese dishes that are worth trying. I tried the vitello tonnato and several first courses (agnolotti del plin, gnocchi with Castelmagno and tagliatelle with Si Bra sausage ragout) and they all lived up to expectations. Friendly, helpful staff and good value for money. The only flaw is the slowness of the service

20/05/2024: For the first time I found myself enjoying an excellent pizza in this place with a very quiet, vintage and almost relaxing atmosphere. High quality and pizza dough. Personally I had a simple pizza with cereal dough, very light, all very tasty. I also appreciated the speed of the service and the courtesy. Advised.
