Snack bar ristorante L'Incanto In Carrara

Pleasant place where tourists and quarrymen meet. Good lard, even simple without tasting (better for me) and tasty dishes.

A small cafe in the middle of the marble mountains around Carrara. The local 'lardo' is a pork fat on bread and it is so tasty 😋! I also tried the local pasta: Testaroli Al Pesto. Everything was delicious, especially when washed down with a glass of beer! The staff were attentive and very helpful describing the food and helping us decide. The fact that we originally stopped just for a coffee but stayed to eat gives you an idea of the selection...a bit limited but everything was great 😃.

A bar restaurant with excellent typical dishes of the area. Very nice and friendly staff. You are in the middle of the Carrara quarries and during the week it is frequented by truck drivers and quarrymen in the area. A real place!

Excellent Lugo pre/post excursion. Like a refuge, simple with homemade food. Not for the refined.

Upon returning from Colonnata we did a search to find the nearest restaurant and... after passing through narrow and dark tunnels, the surprise of finding ourselves in the middle of the marble quarries was incredible. The place is small but welcoming, good food and attentive service. We had a great time! It was a dive into history!
