It is not the first dinner at Sherbet, as always excellent food and excellent wine served gracefully by Paola and her husband. Truly a place to return to.

Lovely and somewhat hidden place, it was a wonderful discovery. Carefully furnished, intimate and welcoming with managers who make you feel at home. Excellent food, refined dishes and served with care. We will definitely be back!

Excellent cuisine with attention to detail, trained and friendly staff

We had dinner several times in this place, this time for an "institutional" occasion such as Valentine's Day. We joined, enticed by an interesting menu, which alternated seafood dishes with land dishes. we found the usual "safe" hand of the chef who pleasantly confirmed our expectations, in particular for the tuna starter and the octopus main course. The matching wine list is also nice

We were at Sherbet last Saturday for lunch, with my wife, my son and our dog. Welcomed with joy and pampered all the time. All the proposals highlighted the great CARE in every detail: the result is a mix of taste and pleasure for all the senses. Not to be missed!

Volevo un'esperienza speciale da regalare a mia moglie per il nostro anniversario... Sherbet e la formula "Chef's table - mi fido di te" è stata la scelta perfetta! Partendo dalla location, ricavata in una dimora storica sapientemente ristrutturata e conservata, con scelte di arredo (ed anche di stoviglie) che rendondo il locale veramente caldo ed accogliente; passando per la cordialità e gentilezza del personale (grazie Paola per averci coccolato), per arrivare al cuore pulsante di tutto: lo Chef Francesco Moretto con la sua passione ed il suo estro e con i piatti che ha espressamente realizzato per noi. Eh si perchè la nostra cena "mi fido di te" è stata cesellata sui nostri gusti e preferenze, siamo infatti stati "intervistati" la settimana prima della cena dallo chef che ha voluto indagare le nostre passioni, i nostri gusti e gli "assolutament no!" per poter poi inventare un menu completamente dedicato a noi. Il risultato? Un'esperienza unica, un viaggio tra sapori ed accostamenti che ci ha lasciato veramente felici, stupiti ed appagati, come (per citarne solo alcuni) la tartare di sgombro abbinata alla salsa yakiniku no tare, un esplosione di gusto che mai ci saremmo aspettati da uno sgombro! Oppure il risotto (di cui sono un cultore) eseguito magistralmente; e che dire del involtino di branzino con salsa al nero di seppia e crema di datterino rosso affumicato? Superlativo Ogni piatto, pardon, creazione, viene servita e spiegata direttamente dallo chef che rivela alcuni dei segreti e delle magie che hanno portato alla preparazione del piatto e che è molto disponibile ad approfondire curiosità e dettagli. Gran finale il dolce, anch'esso creato appositamente per noi dalla Pasticcera dello Sherbet, dove cioccolato bianco, gelatina di agrumi e frolla alle noci ci hanno regalato attimi (eh si lo abbiamo divorato) di puro godimento! Insomma, materie prime ricercate e preziose, passione, professionalità e gentilezza sono i pilastri di questo locale e ci hanno regalato un'esperienza davvero unica!
