Came here with my friend and we both ordered ramen. Honestly the ramen was ok, nothing special. The chicken was a bit tasteless and my ramen was fishier than I thought it would be - considering it was not a seafood ramen. The place is very small, my friend was hearing the person next to her slurp. It was pretty tight but I would normally not care. However, you can’t make a reservation so it’s first come first serve. There was already like 15 people outside when I got there before opening and it was difficult keeping track of who came first. This was also a Tuesday so can’t imagine a day where it actually gets full. Due to the amount of people that wait outside and the small capacity of seat, it feels like a rushed dining experience. Overall, the service was good and the people are nice. However, the food (ramen) and atmosphere are definitely not worth going again.

Very good ramen, good karaage too, medium-high prices, very small place, and too many stools are very cramped, fast service and they tend to make you leave as soon as possible.

It fully reflects Japanese style, starting with the queue outside the venue since you cannot book. I tried both the Tokyo shoyu and the tori paitan, with a side of gyoza, all very good. Special mention for the pork cheek, truly incredible. I hope to come back soon!

Absolutely worth trying. From the fast service to the menu which, being a little limited, allows the quality of the products to be kept high. The meat that melts in your mouth truly left me speechless. Also gyoza approved. I will definitely be back to try other ramen. Note: you don't pay in cash and you sit at the counter

As soon as I left the restaurant, I was quite upset because, faced with a possible misunderstanding, the waiter was unable to deal with the customer. Verbally attacking me! He basically behaved unprofessionally and spoke rudely. I'm sorry because the staff are new and not up to par. After eating at this Kentaku location so many times, I don't know if I'll return? I'm sorry for this unworthy comment for those who work hard in that place! I hope they will be able to choose more polite staff to welcome those who really love Asian food.

The food is good, easy to choose from the menu which is not very varied and the quality of the raw materials is there but the space is very minimal and without privacy for those sitting against the window. Furthermore, the queue is very long and the refusal to pay in cash is incorrect.

The food was good but I'm vegetarian and the Aka-miso ramen is good but after a little of eating the broth can start to taste salty. Overall the food is really good and would definitely recommend. Just get there quick because it could get really packed in there.

Best ramen there is in Bologna. Small and essential place, quick menu where you write down what you want in pencil, indicate your name and give it to the waiter. Soups from 12 to 16 euros and a few seconds. Good craft beer for 6 euros. The cover charge is included.
You can't book, you have to get to the venue and if there's room you go in otherwise you have to wait outside... They don't accept cash, only pos
