WONDERFUL pastry shop, Mr. Alessandro Scimone is a magician!! Absolutely recommended, a must. The cassata and the apostle's fingers will be with us in Rome on Tuesday

I have known the Scimone pastry shop in Mondello for years but I had never been to this location in Palermo. The pastas are excellent. Too bad the bar area is missing.

07/04/2024: I went to this place to try the aperi-bruschetta and I can say that it is absolutely worth it. The place is in an easily accessible location and has a very nice interior. The staff stands out for its kindness, from the owner to all the employees who are very kind, courteous and friendly. I returned for a laura and, despite the presence of many customers, they were impeccable in everything. Compliments!
03/04/2024: During my stay in Palermo I had lunch here twice, and for me as a celiac it was fantastic to be able to eat panelle and arancine. I also ate a sandwich and it was delicious. Nice place, fast service and very friendly staff. Excellent for celiacs and others: my husband took dishes with gluten and was very satisfied.

16/04/2024: My brother's wedding. There are no words, everything was perfect from the service to the food. The kindness of the staff was top notch. Ideal place for any event. I hope to come back soon Good luck for everything
14/04/2024: Personal experience. As usual they never disprove themselves. For those who want to rest assured about the quality of the food, the good service and the good location, there is nothing else to do but choose them. Giuseppe (the owner) confirmed himself as an exquisite, helpful and thoughtful person. Nothing is missing in every type of banquet, from the welcome to the dessert to the welcome and final greetings. The food was very good and above all double passes on all courses, or rather... even triple passes. Nothing to say. Congratulations to Giuseppe and all the staff. We'll see you again soon.
