17/10/2025: While strolling through the beautiful village, we spotted this osteria and were immediately intrigued by its delicious menu, which was also well explained by the young owner outside, so we returned for dinner. The welcome was warm, the homemade dishes from the Salento tradition were tastefully and harmoniously served. I found many traditionally plant-based dishes, being vegan. They were very kind in offering recommendations, and the wine was also excellent, a Negramaro rosé. Even though it was also the opening of their pizzeria, they looked after us impeccably! The excellent chef even came out and offered us a freshly baked pizza! The price was reasonable for the food, they were truly excellent. Congratulations!
