Beautiful place, great service and excellent food. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. They cook even before 7pm for hungry tourists :D

For the second time we had lunch here... the pizzolo for lunch is the best and if it's good even better... this time my husband had the pasta with sauce with meat... he said it was excellent...

Small and rustic place, friendly and attentive service. We took some pizzas, the taste was good and they were well seasoned, but unfortunately the cooking was a little behind. Since it is an electric oven, perhaps the dough and cooking should be revised. The chips with the skin are good. However it is a good place. We will return.

Lovely eatery with a wonderful view of the town's main square with its magnificent cathedral. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Place is managed by its owner Sandra, a very sweet and accommodating host who does her extreme best for her patrons. The menu is no less tantalising and reasinably priced and the food exquisite and a real treat. Highly recommended.

Sulla piazza di Palazzolo ristorante informale dove abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo tagliere e della buona pasta , rapporto qualità- prezzo buono , caffè e amaro offerti , consigliato .

In viaggio alla scoperta della parte sud orientale della Sicilia con amiche storiche abbiamo fatto come prima tappa Palazzolo acreide Imbattuti nella piazza principale in Sapuritu ci siamo scofanate bruschette pasta fatta a mano taglieri di ottimi salumi e fresche insalate con un tocco di frutta Servizio gentilissimo y porzioni abbondanti e un prezzo super conveniente Meritano successo!

01/04/2024: Identified as an ice cream shop, as soon as we entered we were greeted by a truly clean and familiar environment, where long windows full of delicacies stand out. We had 4 ice creams, all of different flavours, one better than the other. Compliments.

Gusto Gourmet store

09/11/2023: WHAT A FIND!! The Onda Blu had included this shop in their food recommendations and it did not disappoint! It is on a side street in Siracusa that we would have easily walked past. This amazing store was designed based on my favorite food store, Peck in Milan. The hand-selected gourmet items included fresh produce, cheese, cured meats, a counter of cold items, and items to take home to heat and serve, as well as pantry items, deserts, and wine. The selections were incredible - all selected from small batch/ local farm producers. We had stopped in for a snack but stayed for lunch of a hand-selected charcuterie board with olives, cheese, and local cured meats, followed by the most delicious Eggplant Norma (a typical dish of eggplant with tomato sauce and ricotta), and a cannoli; each course was paired with a glass of wine. The food and wine were amazing but it was the incredible manager and her daughter, who happened to be on-site and helped translate for us, who really stole the show. If you are a foodie, I can't recommend this shop enough. We ended up selecting 3 cases of wine, oil, and cheese to be shipped home - all from small regional wineries.
