My husband and I visited for the second time this evening. Even better, more interesting, and creative than last year. Each of our menu selections was superb. Each dish was reminiscent of traditional Tuscan offerings, but innovative without being weird. Gorgeous space. The wait snd kitchen staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to chat with. Excellent wines. This amazing restaurant deserves a Michelin star!

five stars for the professionalism, discretion and hospitality with which the customer is treated. the gastronomic proposal (five-course tasting menu) bordered on perfection and satisfied us almost completely. Honestly, however, I didn't understand the choice to make me pay two euros more for the coffee just for having asked for it in a large cup and with hot water on the side, normal coffee I mean, and not double. clearly in a €259 bill it's not those two euros that make the difference, God forbid, but in any case the bitterness remains over this thing for which I should have asked for clarification immediately and unfortunately I didn't.

I have eaten here several times and always enjoyed it very much. The team has changed recently and the standard has still been raised significantly. All dishes are unusual, innovative and simply excellent. It's pretty much star level. The service and ambiance are impeccable, as is the wine selection. I will definitely come back.

A unique, exceptional experience! Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail and there is nothing that clashes. The search for flavor and the study of the dish are found in every course, even the accompanying bread consists of different products all made by them and all interesting. A lot of care is also given in the service with careful explanations and high level of preparation on the products served.

The pearl of our taste discoveries, in Tuscany, in San Giminano.
“An elegant place, with a reserved and gentle atmosphere”
It was perfect for us: the weather (sun and light breeze), the divine Spritz personalized by the establishment (the best I've ever had), each dish (the right flavors, the superb visuals), the the place (narrow, intimate alley), the dishes (delicate), and the staff (we had the chance to speak to the chef for a moment at the end of the meal)
It's a place that I recommend to everyone
(Budget a little high but it's worth it, in our judgment of course)

Beautiful experience both in terms of food, service and location. Very interesting quality/price ratio. It has happened to me more than once that I ate less and worse in restaurants with 1 Michelin star in the center of Florence. For those who love this genre, this place is highly recommended!
