We spent €90 and ate a lot and well, worth trying, a compliment to all the employees. They made us discover a side of Sardinia that we didn't know. ♥️

Il faut rėserver car ce restaurant est très réputé auprès des locaux. Cadre de type bistrot. Accueil agréable. Goûter le porcelet (très grosse ration)

Wonderful homestyle Sardinian restaurant. Every bite was delicious. Great regional wine selection. You’ll have a fantastic meal and experience here. Just be sure to snag a reservation. I watched them turn dozens of people away even on a Wednesday night in the off season.

Very good food and great service! The cheese plate is great and very interesting with the jams a la chef... it would just be nice if there was some arugula or something similar on the plate instead of the twigs

non è un 4 pieno, ma 3 sarebbe poco, non realistico. cena piacevole, abbiamo mangiato un buon maialino (buono, ma non direi il migliore della mia vita) e buoni contorni. servizio da migliorare sotto alcuni aspetti. prezzi nella media.

06/03/2024: I wanted to give fewer stars as soon as I saw the second one arrive before the first... but after tasting the crispy tuna it was a heavenly sensation for my taste buds enough to deserve 5 stars... I'm not an expert but the fish seemed absolutely fresh ..you couldn't cut it with a step but you could even spread it..furthermore, to apologize for the service mix-up I was offered both coffee and bitters..finally..to confirm my assessment, the bill!! Not adequate but even low for what we consumed... the previous evening we had dinner at the IL LIDO restaurant, and for only €10 difference we ate a meal... in comparison (I'm not talking about quantity but about quality). In short, nothing to write home about. say.. if I were to ever return to Alghero, I would definitely come back to eat here at the DIETRO IL CARCERE restaurant.. I highly recommend it!!!
