01/04/2024: For an Easter Monday dedicated to nature and relaxation we chose this rural and rustic place to spend a peaceful day. The fixed menu for the day at a cost of 50 euros included this which I will now list. As an appetizer there was a mix with an exquisite raw ham, a carpaccio of bresaola, rocket and parmesan, the truly excellent buffalo morsel, the aubergine with tomato and baked mozzarella, the typical hot Easter pie, all really delicious. First, the ravioli with buffalo ricotta and truffle sauce, all balanced in flavor and quite delicate, then the cavatelli with cherry tomatoes, bacon, rocket and parmesan, an explosion of flavour! As a second course we took the pork loin roll stuffed with bacon and provola cheese (too dry to my taste and I didn't really like the combination). Finally, the veal entrecote cooked to perfection and of high quality. The baked potatoes are excellent. The desserts to finish were also good and the service was correct, fast and friendly.
