one of the best Chinese and Japanese restaurants I know! let's start from the fact that oh well sushi is my favorite food, but the food here is really delicious, they are very nice and helpful, then if you order at home they will answer you immediately, I absolutely recommend it.

Come elaborazione lentissima e accurata dei piatti di sushi giapponese è forse il migliore della zona. Anche la fantasia sarebbe molto positiva. Il locale è piccolo, ma luminoso e con pochi tavoli ben distanziati. Il servizio è cortese. La preparazione è decisamente lentissima, ma visto che i sushi restaurant tendono di solito a consegnare a raffica, viceversa questa caratteristica aiuta a rilassarsi e a digerire lentamente. Peccato un difetto, purtroppo comune a molti sedicenti all you can eat: dopo la prima ordinazione tendono a girare al largo e dimenticarsi di te, se ordini di nuovo diventano ancora più lenti, e a volte dimenticano quello che hai ordinato. Peccato.

Buonasera,le 3 stelle per il servizio è che le ordinazioni fatte sono arrivate tutte insieme..se ci fosse il giusto tempo tra una portata e l'altra sarebbe gradito...per il resto ..stellato

06/04/2024: The cappuccino is of high quality. However, the most exceptional aspect is the cornetto. I have sampled numerous cornetti in Bologna, and this establishment offers the finest cornetto I have ever tasted. I consistently opt for the cornetto con cioccolato, and here, the chocolate is not a mere cream but rather authentic chocolate, which I find particularly delightful.
03/04/2024: Best place in town for breakfast/brunch. The only thing is that the brunch options start at 9 (if you have an early meeting, then you are left with pastries, which are also fabulous).

23/05/2024: In Bologna you eat well in the center, basically wherever you sit, but at Pan8 you eat very well. The sandwiches are extremely filling and with excellent tasting products. You are very close to the other diners, but this is the common feature if you eat in Piazza Maggiore. The service is simple, but the staff are quick, friendly and the bill is brought out on a platter with a button of vegan dark chocolate, suitable for anyone. Very clean sanitary facilities. The only flaw, so to speak, is the slightly high cost of the beer which, not being artisanal, seems excessive to me to pay €5.50, but it's still in the center of Bologna so it's okay. Highly recommended, especially the "simple" mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and pistachio cream.
