Come sempre, il giovane chef Davide con il supporto essenziale della mamma Annamaria e del fratello Giacomo, oltre che di tutta la squadra, hanno superato brillantemente tutte le aspettative. Ottimo menù, tradizionale ed abbondante ma con il giusto tocco di freschezza. A presto!

My wife and I went to the Vecchia Silvi restaurant for lunch today, September 24th, and we ate divinely. Chef Davide let us taste his delicacies. We took the homemade guitar pasta with a sauce of very tasty meatballs and for the second course the hand-made kebabs and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that they were the best kebabs we ate in the area, with larger pieces of meat than usual kebabs and more refined, with very tender meat. As a side dish they made us sandblasted potatoes, baked potatoes with grated bread and for dessert, the very kind lady prepared us strictly express tiramisu. What can I say, we had a great time, if you meet yourself passing through the village of Silvi Alta, come and eat here, you won't regret it.
