I can't say enough about this restaurant, for the dishes, the service and the prices. Here you can eat truly Vercelli food, all served with care and sense. The panissa and the bunet or bonet are absolutely worth trying; the bagna cauda is another delicacy. Well done guys, keep it up because coming to you is always a great pleasure

La nuova gestione ha impresso una svolta positiva: tutti i piatti risultano preparati ottimamente secondo la tradizione piemontese, dall'antipasto al dolce. I locali sono pulitissimi e sobriamente eleganti; il servizio è gradevolmente cordiale. L'unico limite è dato dai prezzi: e difficile scendere sotto i 13 euro e si parte da un coperto di 3 euro, che non è proprio poco ...

Delicious local restaurant. Menu was written in Italian. All homemade food. Fair prices and decent wine list. We ended up chatting with a nice local couple who also lives in Los Angeles. Hotel recommended this place to us and it did not disappoint.

16/03/2024: Fantastic hotel, small but very comfortable and close to everything, with great treatment from the staff, especially the very friendly and approachable receptionists, the two boys and the girl who were at the reception spoke Spanish,... I highlight very positively that in The breakfast area had coffee, chocolate, juices, water and pastries available at no extra cost, which was very appreciated when you returned to the hotel to rest to be able to have some fresh juice or a hot coffee with a croissant or typical buns. thence
