One of the best restaurants in Bolzano, excellent service, professional chefs, delicious dishes, worth trying😍
Truly a surprise! Very nice and clean place. The new management hit the ground running!! The fish is really good and of higher quality than many other Japanese restaurants. It is not an all you can eat and for this reason it gives him the possibility of taking care of things more. And it was heard and seen!! The staff is young, well-mannered and welcoming. Basically, I absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes this type of cuisine!! Not to be missed!!! Enjoy your meal.

The food is of good quality and the staff are very attentive to all your needs, very quick in serving the dishes. The only improvement I would add are the photos of the individual dishes, some photos are there but not for all the courses. When the dish arrives at the table, since it is in Chinese/Japanese, the diners do not remember what they ordered and it happens that someone eats someone else's dish.

Io ho quasi sempre preso con consegna a domicilio (arrivato sempre in perfetto orario) e il cibo è sempre stato buonissimo e ben curato, tranne una volta che qualcosa non era stato controllato bene e mi è venuta una indigestione. Ma non per questo ho smesso di mangiare qui. Il sushi più buono che io abbia mai mangiato!

Ristorante Fashion, molto bello, gentili e disponibili nel servizio, attendi al cliente.
Menu alla carta, qualità ottima. Ho provato il Ramen di manzo, buono e leggero. E un misto di antipasti, in effetti la qualità si sente. Nota curiosa, il piatto ha un Piccolo diciamo "cretere" per rendere l'idea dove mettere la salsa di soia, senza invece avere a parte il piccolo contenitore che puntualmente mi sporco la camicia, quando uso le bacchette ed è fuori dal piatto... Ci tornerò quando sarò di nuovo in zona!
