A very great restaurant, the food is of a very high quality and tastes excellent. For example, the mayonnaise without eggs is a poem, carne cruda absolutely as it should be in Piedmont, vitello tonato excellent as is the Russian salad. Afterwards stuffed roast rabbit with spinach was excellent, followed by Angnelotti arosta also very good. For the dessert panna with strawberries at the end, all in all very good.
However, the price is very high for a slow food restaurant and Piedmont, but you get quality.
Personally, I missed the menu to taste, because with such an offer you have a large selection and at an affordable price.

Very pleasant lunch with Piedmontese specialties. Relaxed atmosphere. Mr. Sebastiano was very kind and gave us many indications for wine tastings in the area. Definitely recommended.

Scelto casualmente all’ora di cena, ci trovavamo in zona e abbiamo provato questo ristorantino molto accogliente, ispirati dalle recensioni positive e dalle foto, molto gradita l’entree con baccalà e acciuga e peperone accompagnati da bollicine, abbiamo preso una tartare di fassona con formaggio cagliato ai fiori di carciofo e maionese senza uova, i tajarin al ragù di salsiccia, coscia d’anatra con patate al forno e per chiudere una degustazione di formaggi, notevole il montebore ma soprattutto il roccaverano che era favoloso. Prezzi un po’ sopra le righe, anche se ingredienti di prima scelta che meriterebbero di più nella presentazione per valorizzarli al meglio e l’assenza della carta dei vini. Nonostante questo, il ristorante Sebastiano è da provare per la cucina innovativa e il rispetto della tradizione.

Locale carino,titolare nonché chef gentilissimo e cordiale con gli ospiti e molto bravo ai fornelli. Antipasto piemonte sublime, buoni taglierini alla salsiccia ed il baccalà con crema di zucca. Avremmo preso tutto tanto è invitante la carta. Ottima scelta di vini. Igiene e pulizia top. Una piacevole scoperta, ritorneremo!

Lunch on the way to France at the beginning of December. Excellent food, truffles and really good tagliolini, excellent meat as often happens in Piedmont. Cellar with a wide choice of local wines (both wineries and prices) with the plus of the innkeeper who can advise you. The price per person was in line with what was eaten, the truffle was white.
