Cuisine, environments and service as frank and sincere as the founders. Three young guys who meet during their experiences abroad and who converge in this remote place in the province of Brescia, bringing a lot of flavor. In the dishes, the territory with the right amount of contamination is excellent raw material that is as local as possible. As a famous guide would say, the journey is worth the experience.

It was a journey into taste, we chose the tasting menu and each dish was a surprise of flavors and aromas. The environment is welcoming with an evident search for details the managers and staff were very professional both in the presentation and explanation of the dishes. If you want to make a "big impression"... this is the right place!!!

Beautiful experience, the dishes are designed and created with care. The chefs' influences blend with local products in a harmonious way. Wine list selected with competence and professionalism. Efficient but not intrusive service. Modern and welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent dinner. We ate the tasting menu accompanied by an excellent wine chosen from the vast and non-trivial wine list. Good combinations of flavors in a cuisine that experiments with traditional ingredients. The only "flaw", the location is a little out of the way, but perhaps it makes it even more special. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione di 7 portate. Un viaggio incredibile di sapori e profumi accompagnati da personale eccezionale con spiegazioni impeccabili. Un ‘ esperienza davvero unica . Ambiente molto accogliente e personale attento è molto gentile . Grazie per questa cena da ristorante stellato.

In trasferta da Milano per provare la rinomata lingua croccante con salsa verde: SENSAZIONALE! Al di là del “signature dish”, dagli amuse-bouche, ai tortelli di bagoss, alla selezione di formaggi, dalla cantina all’ospitalità: un’esperienza da raccomandare e che certamente ripeterò. B R A V I!!

Che dire…qualità, accortezza, tutto super! Per il tipo di cucina e cura degli ingredienti, abbiamo speso anche meno di quello che pensavo. Piatti ottimi e accostamenti ricercati ma azzeccati al 100% frutto di ricerca e passione, oltre che conoscenza della materia prima. Vino ottimo e consigliato in modo corretto. Posso solo fare complimenti e consigliare a tutti di provare questo ristorate prima che abbia maggiori consensi e prezzi superiori, anche se li meriterebbe già adesso. Bravi!

27/03/2024: Enchanting place, directly on Lake Iseo. Friendliness, professionalism and kindness are the basis of this restaurant, Ottavio and Massimo are two really smart brothers who know how to put you at ease in any situation. Highly recommended! :D :D
10/03/2024: As soon as we arrived at the Aquarium restaurant, we realized that it would be the location where we wanted to get married - beautiful spaces both inside and out, suitable for any eventuality. The restaurant is family-run: Ottavio, Massimo and all the staff were welcoming and kind from the moment we met them. They helped us every step of the way - you don't need a wedding planner with them! Even on the wedding day, when we had to improvise changes because it rained, they assisted us with every request to make our plans come true (including having the bride arrive by boat!). The food was delicious (so good that we did the meal trial twice) and suitable for any food allergy. All the guests were left speechless by the cake which was as spectacular as it was delicious. Regarding accommodation, there are many rooms available overlooking the lake above the restaurant and even a small campsite with brand new mobile homes for guests, with a stunning lake view. Finally, the price was decidedly honest, we had the entire location for the whole day and all the services offered were worth the price paid. It was an unforgettable day, but also the entire journey to organize it. We can never thank the Aquarium hotel enough for all the support they have given us, the attention and passion they have put into every detail to make our dreams come true. They will remain forever in our hearts. Thank you!!!
