We came to the restaurant for my fiancé’s birthday a month or so ago - we booked the set menu with a wine pairing in the cellar.
My fiancé is a coeliac and very helpfully Luigi offered to make the entire set menu gluten free to suit her allergies.
The food was excellent, as was the service and overall experience in the cellar. Luigi and the staff were also very generous with the wine pairings (and also gave us an extra glass or two!)

I was looking forward to eating here but came away somewhat disappointed.
The ambience is nice and waiting staff were friendly. I asked for some olive oil to go with the bread but was told they don’t have olive oil from the kitchen and to get some I would need to buy a whole bottle from them. Never has this happened…seriously just a couple of table spoons is not possible? Bread and olive oil is one of life’s simple pleasures, please rethink your policy in this.
Overall the food was good, though have experienced better in Italy and globally. However one of the dishes was a bit too salty for my liking. I wasn’t able to eat it all and shared my feedback when asked how the dish was. Shortly after, head chef Luigi then came over to tell me the sauce was fine, he had tried it, there was nothing wrong with it, it must be me and that I wouldn’t be receiving a discount. I hadn’t even hinted at a discount and wasn’t expecting one, I merely shared honest feedback on my personal preferences. The chef’s comments were unnecessary and made me feel a little awkward.
The restaurant is a nice 30 min walk from the main town centre if you don’t have a car and fancy a stroll.
Overall not a terrible meal and experience, but I was disappointed and wouldn’t return.

Wonderful dining experience, staff were exceptional, chef was welcoming, assisted with wine pairing and served perfectly prepared food. The truffle pasta is magic.
Raspberry limoncello was divine. Highly recommended this beautiful restaurant.

Food was really amazing especially the fish with the pistachio touch!! (Wow) as well as presentation wise! We sat outside and the ambience made it such an experience, the blueberry creme Brulee in the end was such a nice finishing touch to the evening. :)

Family owned, incredible chef! Chef Luigi, his wife Camila and their team will treat you like family! From the scenic ride (pick up), to the garden tour, to truffle hunting (with Secundo - 85 year old expert - and his dog Eddy), the cooking class and ending with a delicious meal…there is truly no experience like it. This 4.5 hour experience was exactly what we were looking for to get the true culture of Lake Como and the city of Bellagio from a true locals point of view.

Wonderful restaurant with excellent service and the most incredible food. The love, care and attention to detail is insane. I have never eaten at a place where it is not just the taste, but the texture and temperature of every dish is so well thought out. The presentation and use of different dishes is just wonderful
So good we came back for a second night !

A must visit when in Bellagio!! My wife and I were able to eat at Salice Blu twice this week. It was amazing in so many ways. The owners, Luigi and Camilla both speak English and are delightful! The family atmosphere makes it fun and the food was delicious. I’m pretty sure they make everything in house. You have to try Mama Floras salad of the day! Luigi is very good w the children. Try the lamb, lobster pasta and homemade ice cream. You can walk in but reservations online are better.

Piacevole scoperta in un lunedì di pasquetta temporalesco. Sapori equilibrati e ben bilanciati, le pappardelle al tartufo sono a dir poco eccezionali. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dal lucioperca, comunque dal gusto molto delicato. Per concludere i dolci, la millefoglie veramente una squisitezza. Servizio attento, professionale con proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ad intrattenere i clienti. Da riprovare assolutamente quando visiterò nuovamente Bellagio (stavolta sperando con un po' di sole).

Second time in Bellagio and Salice Blue. Chef Luigi prepared even better meals than the last time and it seems the portions were also bigger. Tasty food with great atmosphere. Will definitely come back just to be in that restaurant again :)
