07/04/2024: Liva and its flavors, a family-run restaurant where good food and friendliness reign supreme. Excellent and plentiful menu, very honest price. We were able to enjoy an appetizer with cured meats and fried dumplings, a trio of tortelli with two accompanying sauces (mushrooms and ragù), braised venison, stewed cheek and roast rabbit, accompanied by potatoes and salad... (we declined dessert due to our manifest inferiority 🤣). All served with the friendliness and hospitality that made our lunch a very nice and tasty surprise....the location (I don't like English) is very beautiful and well looked after....well done!!! !
10/03/2024: I went for dinner with friends, a very beautiful location, immersed in the green hills of Reggio Emilia, a welcoming place and friendly and very kind staff, we were offered a small appetizer, polenta, two pieces of fried gnocco and a few slices of cured meat, very good. As first courses we took a trio, green tortelli, potato tortelli with some sautéed mushrooms and tagliatelle with wild boar sauce on the side, all very good dishes and generous portions, as a second course we took stewed wild boar and potatoes baked, excellent! A bottle of Lambrusco, water and nocino as a digestive. A more than honest bill. We will definitely be back.
