Great food and service, delicious food and fantastic service. The only flaw is the room, which in itself is beautiful, but inside there are few windows, one of which is broken and covered with a curtain. However we had a great time and ate very well. I want to say that the waiter who served us was very kind and polite, even though there were 5 of us. Congratulations! 👏👏👏

We waited almost 2 hours to have the pizza even though at 8.30 when we arrived there was no one there. When the pizzas arrived, from the first to the last there was a long difference, so much so that a friend no longer ate it because we had all finished . Bad experience for us

18/11/2023: There is no better pizza in all of Manduria and its surroundings! If you love REAL NEAPOLITAN pizza, now you know where to enjoy it!!! ABSOLUTELY worth trying "Gli Scugnizzi"!!!
27/10/2023: Ho avuto l'occasione di provare la pizzeria Donna Sofia a Manduria, in Puglia. La pizzeria si trova in una posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal centro storico. L'ambiente è rustico e accogliente, con un grande forno a legna a vista. Il menù offre una vasta scelta di pizze, preparate con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ho provato la pizza margherita, che era davvero ottima. La pasta era croccante fuori e morbida dentro, il pomodoro era fresco e saporito, e la mozzarella era filante. Il servizio è stato cortese e attento. Il personale è stato disponibile a consigliarci le pizze più adatte ai nostri gusti. In conclusione, la pizzeria Donna Sofia è un'ottima scelta per chi vuole gustare una pizza napoletana di qualità.

28/12/2023: Very good pizza. Unfortunately the only free table was near the entrance and customers often left the door open, not very pleasant on a cold evening. I recommend a glass window to improve this aspect.
29/11/2023: The pizza was delicious, but the wait was long due to the takeaway pizzas.
