I'm a Japanese person living in Northern Italy. I visited with a friend on vacation in April 2024. I had Fettuccine Mazara. The food was delicious, but it looked quite different from the photo on the menu. The prices were high and I got the impression that it was a restaurant for tourists. Regarding the service and atmosphere, unfortunately I didn't feel welcomed.

Review updated after a year like every year I always come back here on special occasions such as Valentine's Day and confirm the excellent quality of the products. I have yet to try the pizza. Everything delicious and fresh. We returned a few days later for lunch, a very pleasant discovery

Venerdì pranzo all'aperto per rilassarci prima del teatro, in centro a Palermo a pochi passi dalla Vucciria, dal teatro Massimo, dal porto. Leone, come sempre, si conferma SUper per i suoi antipasti a base di pesce, Buoni i primi con gamberi e pistacchi ed anche il caffò in omaggio ed il vino compreso in un menù Festa della donna. Inferiore alle aspettative la torta mimosa.

Locale a Palermo in zona Centrale e vicino al porto dove si mangia bene, pesce fresco e ben cucinato (l’involtino di spatola ripieno alla siciliana con pomodori secchi e cucunci una ottima idea), in un ambiente accogliente e gradevole e con personale molto attento e cortese. Prenotazione di un tavolo per nove persone. Ottima accoglienza. Servizio celere e competente. Menù ricco e vario con presenza del pescato locale. Presentazione dei piatti curata. Carta dei vini ampia con etichette non commerciali.

Piccolo ristorante (lo dice anche il nome) che non ha nulla da invidiare ad altri locali blasonati. Personale competente e pronto alle nostre richieste. Abbiamo preso le pizze che sono risultate ben cotte, soffici e ottimamente presentate e condite. Prezzo finale in linea con le aspettative. Sconto applicato correttamente. Consigliato.

09/05/2024: We recommend! We were assigned a waiter who spoke English. Therefore, communication went smoothly. The fish was very good. The waiting time was about 20 minutes, the food was freshly prepared and was of high quality and taste.
05/05/2024: I celebrated my birthday. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. From the appetizer with delicious oysters and marinated prawns to the second course of unique and delicious swordfish skewers. The staff were very polite and not particular except who pampered us until the end. Highly recommended. 4/05/24

30/05/2024: Excellent pizzas, top of the range, and very cheap compared to what we have in France. Remember to book.
27/05/2024: This pizza will change your life! I’m so sad that I was just visiting Palermo because I would eat the Marga-gialla every day for the rest of my existence if I could! Incredible food and the staff are amongst the most welcoming of all the places I’ve eaten in Sicily.
