We chose this inn after discovering that the usual restaurant we stopped at when passing through Cotilia had closed. We entered hoping for the best and I must say that we discovered an inn where the kindness of the managers won us over not to mention the food which is very good especially the meat. We had one of my furry friends with us, who was welcomed with a smile and who was offered a nice bowl of fresh water. We ranged from appetizers to main courses, including some beautiful pasta dishes all'amatriciana and carbonara. All good even if I think the meat is the strong dish. Everything you eat is part of classic Italian cuisine without looking for unnecessary frills and aiming for the concrete; place with few seats, clean and quiet, very welcoming and for those who know how to appreciate simple and substantial things. We have returned several times and always found the same quality. Sometimes we moved on purpose just to take a walk with a stop for lunch with them. If you pass by Cotilia Terme and are hungry, stop by.
Just as inns were once for travellers' refreshment, for us this place proved to be a tasty and pleasant stop. Carlo, with his joviality and the support in the kitchen of the two valid and equally nice collaborators Alba and Carla, offered us classic and well-made Roman cuisine dishes. Honest price and good food.
