On holiday for the Easter holidays, we decided to end on a high note. This restaurant is located inside a castle, "CastelBrando" to be precise. To get to the restaurant, you enter the heart of the castle, the environment is refined and elegant. Eating one meter from the battlements of the castle walls, enjoying a spectacular view, we ate very well, and were served by Hasna, who gave us courteous, attentive and excellent service. The desserts sealed the evening, all delicious. The prices, despite being in such an exclusive location, are moderate and affordable for everyone. We will definitely return to eat, also to enjoy the hotel and the spa, we were so impressed. Super super recommended.

I've only been to the spa. The spa was spectacular but also the restaurant, where I had an aperitif. From above you can see the village.

Restaurant perched inside the castle with a splendid view, very romantic especially in the evening, varied menu also conceived with local products, all surrounded by a large room adorned with paintings. Reservations are recommended and I suggest always arriving a little early in order to find parking, it is possible to park at the base of the castle but it requires the use of the cableway for a fee (€2) or parking higher up by going up towards Cison di Valmarino.

We had a prosecco tasting with a platter of mixed cold cuts and cheeses. The proseccos weren't bad and the platter was also good, we also had some pretty good fried foods. The place is very large but full of things, a little confusing for my tastes. Unfortunately, the service was a bit vague and distracted, with little explanation of the proseccos. Let's say the food is average good, but I think it's a place more for tourists. It's fine for a pizza or a mixed platter, the view is the real added value!

Conoscevamo già Castelbrando e in occasione del compleanno della mia compagna abbiamo scelto di pranzare al ristorante La Fucina.
Che dire un’esperienza fantastica, coccolati da quando si entra a quando si esce.
Il personale è davvero cordiale, socievole e molto preparato.
I piatti sono dei capolavori che appagano vista e palato, curati nei minimi dettagli sia nella preparazione che nel gusto, il tutto immerso nella magnifica location garanzia di stupore e romanticismo.
È davvero soddisfacente poter affidare occasioni così ad un ristorante che sai che non ti deluderà!
Complimenti a tutto lo staff e grazie, ci rivedremo sicuramente
