We discovered it by chance while looking for a place to stop along the way towards the gulf of Policastro. Family run with typical dishes and very friendly service. Modest price. We'll be back!!!

"Extraordinary gastronomic experience at the passionately run restaurant" We were there recently, run by Giuseppe with the help of his wonderful parents. I must say that it was an exceptional culinary experience that we will not easily forget! In fact we will be back soon! The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the day even more enjoyable. He professionally displayed the dishes and their 0 km origin. We felt truly pampered throughout the meal. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and their passion for cooking was clearly reflected in the flavor of the dishes. Furthermore, we really appreciated their commitment to sustainability and the use of local and seasonal products. It's great to see owners so aware of the environment and community. Thank you for making our experience so special!

Ambiente accogliente ed ospitale. Siamo stati accolti da Giuseppe che gestisce il ristorante ed è un ragazzo simpatico e super ospitale. In ogni suo gesto traspira l’amore per il lavoro che svolge. L’attività di ristorazione viene gestita a conduzione familiare privilegiando i sapori del territorio. Antipasto ricchissimo. Affettati e formaggi vari, zuppa di ceci e cotiche e tanto altro. I funghi sott’olio che arricchiscono l’ antipasto sono raccolti nel bosco direttamente da Giuseppe. Squisiti i due tipi di miele da poter gustare con i formaggi. Ho mangiato della carne. Ottima servita con patate fritte con buccia e broccoli - mai mangiati di così buoni -. Da oggi sarà una mia tappa fissa quando passerò per Sanza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo

splendida ospitalità accompagnata da ottime pietanze che con amici non ci siamo fatti mancare di assaporare in toto. Dagli antipasti ai primi fino alla favolosa grigliata di carne del Sig. Saro un vero e proprio viaggio gastronomico nella tradizione e nei sapori locali...solo complimenti

Sorpresa inaspettata! Di ritorno da un viaggio di lavoro, siamo capitati a Sanza ad ora di pranzo e, guidati dalle recensioni favorevoli, abbiamo scelto di pranzare da Saro. A dispetto di una posizione un po' sfavorevole in una traversa, ci ha accolti un ambiente semplice ma confortevole ed il propietario davvero gentile e disponibile. Un ottimo ed abbondante antipasto di salumi, formaggi e verdure locali (Km 0), abbiamo scelto una squisita lagane e ceci fatta come si deve! Salsiccia locale alla brace, vino rosso della casa, crostata cotta nel forno a legna ed amaro fatto in casa hanno completato l'opera d'arte! Ciliegina sulla torta il conto pagato: ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Ci torneremo senz'altro....
