Invitati da una coppia di amici abbiamo scoperto una bella location con ottima cucina... Noi siamo stati di sera ma è sicuramente un ottimo posto anche per trascorrere la giornata. Ottima cucina toscana, dagli antipasti alla pasta, fino alla fiorentina con i porcini fritti e i fagioli in ampolla...le foto parlano da sole... Anche se un poco fuori mano consigliamo una visita...

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Buoni i primi, un tris molto buono, così composto. Gnocchi con salsiccia con estratto di tartufo, tagliolino con funghi porcini, ravioli alla Pesciatina. I secondi ottimi! Cotolette di agnello alla brace con contorno di fagioli di Sorana, mentre mia moglie ha mangiato un favoloso fritto dell'aria, con contorno delle magnifiche verdure fritte. Un dolce e un caffè Abbiamo speso €84.

Mal keine bloße Pizzeria, dafür preislich gehobener. Karte und Personal spricht auch englisch. Nettes Ambiente, Portionen überschaubar. Man soll halt 1.,2.und 3. Gang bestellen. Damit ist man aber schnell bei 50 €/Person. Parken auf der Strasse.

Cibo buono e genuino ,posto bellissimo, mangiare fuori con la vista del laghetto e bellissimo. Anche per pranzo di lavoro con il menù fisso mangi bene e passi la pausa pranzo in tranquillità. Se siete in zona super consigliato

Location molto bella, il verde, il fresco, il laghetto con le oche che rincorrevano i clienti, e i fagioli di Sorana, unici al mondo. Cibo buono, dal crostone al lardo con i fagioli di Sorana ai maccheroni al ragù. Fritto dell'aia con verdure di stagione, rosticciana e salsiccia alla griglia. Servizio lento con personale molto giovane, ma c'è da comprendere perché c'era veramente tanta gente...

29/03/2024: perfect, everything. There were two of us for dinner, my crepes were spectacular as was the chocolate and citrus flan. And I'm a hard cookie with chocolate, unbearably demanding. Well, it was perfect. Beautiful wine list, from all over Italy, Super Tuscan and bubbles included. We took a bottle of Satin, it arrived at the table already cold. The friendly service; the owner has created an elegant and welcoming environment and an ad hoc staff. the waitress was very good and kind, dedicated: in the area this is not at all a given, unfortunately....We will definitely be back. Really good, good, good. highly recommended!

03/01/2024: Unfortunately returned after several months, but as always excellent. passed a dinner on 01/31/2023 with à la carte menu or their tasting menus with wine pairings "which I recommend". With excellent dishes and fabulous presentations, always up to the standard of the restaurant and making us feel at home. Although the management of the room put the waiter in difficulty, he managed to manage and resolve the problems with professionalism. the only thing that was missing was the presence of Giulia, engaged in a new adventure. Where I hope to find that STILNUOVO symphony again. A place where the welcome is wonderful, customer care is wonderful, the food is well prepared and exceptional raw materials are excellent wines. Managed by young but really good and trained staff. A FABULOUS experience.
