Writing a review for Chalet Pellaud having just returned from a week spent there is not easy, because everything was so perfect that every word seems to diminish the experience. But the reality for me is this: the chalet is magical, an enchanted place out of this world, where I felt welcomed, pampered, immersed in a beauty that takes your breath away, in a silence that fills every void. Luca and Beppe have created a small masterpiece, certainly aided by the wonder of the lake and the woods and by the Pelludi fox: but they are responsible for the unique atmosphere of this splendid cabin, where it is always Christmas, where everything is taken care of with love, from the furnishings to the magnificent SPA with the enormous window overlooking the lake, to the delicacies of chef Umberto and the smiles and courtesy of all the people who animate it. Don't rush past: take the time to grasp every detail, exchange a few words with Beppe and have a great laugh with Luca, because Pellaud is full of stories of extraordinary people: not only the lit fireplace, the hot chocolate or mulled wine upon arrival from a splendid walk in the snow. The flaw? Having to leave it: a thought alleviated only by the idea of ​​being able to return soon.

To get to the restaurant you have to take a nice walk in the snow, the atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming, a little expensive if you have to bring the family

Posto incantevole, perla incastonata in mezzo alla montagna di fronte un piccolo laghetto. Abbiamo raggiunto lo Chalet grazie al servizio di motoslitta perché in auto era impossibile. Può essere raggiunto a piedi cin una passeggiata di 1,5km dallo snow park di Rhemes. Personale e proprietari gentile e accoglienti, cibo ottimo porzioni abbondanti buona carta vini e birre. Antipasto ottimo,ben presentato e abbondante così come la polenta,le tagliatelle e la Paillard. L'interno del locale è il classico Chalet montano in legno con camino e vista su lago e montagna. Prezzi onesti e nella norma. Grazie dalla Puglia,un saluto.

Caratteristico in mezzo quasi al nulla ci siamo arrivati dopo un bel giro con le ciaspole da tornare

Trovato per caso dal rientro dalla ferrata a Chanavey. Assolutamente bellissimo, il meglio che potevamo chiedere dopo una impegnativa discesa dalla montagna. Posto suggestivo, con laghetto e una volpe che ci aspettava all'entrata (si avvicina perché le danno da mangiare). L'interno è a tema natalizio, tutto in legno, caldo e accogliente, come il personale presente che vi farà sentire i ben venuti. Consigliato prendere il tagliere di formaggi e salumi, come anche la polenta con i funghi

Ottimo servizio e piatti di qualità. Esperienza da ripetere.
