A perfect welcome to Umbria and Spoleto in particular. Fresh pasta with tartufo and pork ravioli are simply perfect. There is no other definition. Outstanding local taste, wine produced by the owner a few kilometers from the place and even local amaro that is produced right here. It's hard to expect tastier than this and more local than this. And thanks to the very kind waiter who we don't know your name...thanks for the lovely welcome to Spoleto

28/02/2024: Restaurant that processes high quality raw materials. Refined dishes, meat and fish and a very assorted wine and champagne list. Friendly and discreet staff. Excellent prices.
