Beautiful building located in the historic area of ​​Tuscania, elegant, tastefully furnished and with a terrace offering a breathtaking view. Good food, excellent aperitif enjoyed on the terrace with food cooked under the lamp. Recommended for special evenings

Una meravigliosa scoperta. Abbiamo mangiato degli antipasti eccellenti - dalle uova al baccalà - una calamarata squisita, ottimi contorni e dolci veramente buoni. La selezione dei vini di grande qualità, un servizio da 10 e lode e un conto onestissimo in una location unica. Vale la pena fare apposta un viaggio da Roma anche per visitare una perla della Tuscia come Tuscania. Consigliatissimo.

Location raffinata e particolare situata all'interno di un palazzo. Suggestiva la vista sulla città. Polpette all'amatriciana buonissime e chicchette con guanciale, tartufo, porcini ed oro edibile ottime. Complimenti! Consigliatissimo!

01/05/2024: L'Acquarossa is a beautiful restaurant, surrounded by greenery away from all those noises of the city, with wedding rooms with swimming pool, inside, it is very elegant and relaxing, the dishes are very tasty, and delicate in taste, and leaving you a very delicate aftertaste, there is a wide choice of wines and much more, the staff is very scrupulous in serving their customers with professional seriousness, it is polite, they are attentive to cleaning inside and outside, including the swimming pool. They respect and enforce all Covid regulations for everyone's health.

14/05/2024: One server and doing an excellent job but forgot part of my order.
13/05/2024: We showed up at the restaurant at the last minute, during peak time on the weekend and still managed to find a table for four. Very friendly waiter, fairly quick service, excellent dishes and adequate prices. I ordered lombrichelli alla Viterbo, very tasty, I would have had an encore. For dessert I tried the tiramisu with chestnuts because I was intrigued. Good, maybe just a little too sugary for my taste, but that certainly doesn't lower my rating. Nice and clean location, central location. I recommend it and would happily return!
